Property One Partners AG announces that Ramon J. Kälin (MRICS) will join the company as its COO and a member of its Management from 1 September 2023 onwards. This choice sees Property One Partners AG make a key move for the next phase in the company’s successful development.

Ramon J. Kälin holds an MAS ZFH in Real Estate Management and is a federally certified real estate trustee. He also serves as Vice President of SVIT Zurich, thereby supporting the ongoing development of the sector, and shares his expertise with up-and-coming industry professionals in his capacity as an expert examiner. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2021.

Appointing Ramon J. Kälin as the new COO marks a significant milestone for Property One Partners AG, emphasising the importance that the company ascribes to improving its business processes and structures on an ongoing basis.
